The most convenient pricing we offer is our Bulk Pricing. The number of games needed is based on session goals and objectives. A one hour session typically runs 2-3 games. To estimate costs check out the Pricing Guide below.

Technical Facilitation
Running the tools and platform and light assisting with event. Most sessions are one hour or less.
$175 for the first hour
Then $100/hour billed in 15 minute increments.
Facilitation
Executing the session incl. gameplay/user guidance with participants. Experts are available.
$300 /hour
All included duties will be pre-approved.
Consultation
Consultation on educational or organizational goals or needs, game uses, and session/event design.
$175 /hour
All included duties will be pre-approved.
Analysis
Results analysis, including sentiment analysis and categorization, and recommendations for next steps.

Detailed Reports
Creating detailed reporting based on your needs and goals. Completely customizable.

NOTE: In this example, the initial consultation, materials review/session design, and demo would be one time costs. To run the session again, cost would be the games fee plus the technical facilitation fee. So, less than $300. Or even less if you run it yourself!
